From US Rt. 19, turn onto Ames Heights Road just north of the New River Gorge Bridge. The distance from US Rt. 19 to is about one mile. Follow Ames Heights Road to a Y split and bear left. There are signs for Adventures On The Gorge, Smokey’s’ Restaurant, and Cabins On the Gorge at the Y split. The entrance into Adventures On The Gorge is approximately 100 yards on the left. Pull into the second parking lot. Canyon Massage and Bodywork is located on the Adventures On The Gorge campus in the woods on the trail to the scenic overlook of the New River Gorge.
